Virtual MozFest – March 8-19, 2021

Events

MozFest is one of the largest annual global events on internet technologies. MozFest is a unique hybrid: part art, tech and society convening, part maker festival, and the premiere gathering for activists in diverse global movements fighting for a more humane digital world. This year, it is virtual, allowing more people to participate in its sessions. The sessions are immersive ranging from teaching privacy best practices, developing solutions to online misinformation and harassment, building open-source tools, to support trustworthy AI innovations, and more.

The event starts March 8 and ends March 29 with a global cultural party. The 3-hour event will feature virtual artistic performances, cooking, games, films, music, and other ways for participants to share their cultural experiences and traditions.

There is still an opportunity to participate if you have not already. Just sign up at this site https://www.mozillafestival.org/en/ and start attending sessions. While there, do not forget to check out the Arts and Media exhibits.
