After the <a href=\"http:\/\/ocw.mit.edu\/OcwWeb\/web\/home\/home\/index.htm\" target=\"_blank\">MIT courseware<\/a> and open source courses online, now it has created a space for researchers on <a href=\"http:\/\/dspace.mit.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dspace<\/a> which was &#8220;built to save, share, and search MIT&#8217;s digital             research materials&#8221;. It even has theses collections. That is a fantastic resource.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some more resources:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/sofia.fhda.edu\/gallery\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sofia<\/a> from Gavilan College<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnx.org\" target=\"_blank\">Connexions<\/a>: where you can gather modules and compile a course. It also has open textbooks.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.merlot.org\" target=\"_blank\">Merlot<\/a>: a repository of materials, animation, research and everything you need to build a course<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/open.umich.edu\/education\" target=\"_blank\">Open Michigan<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/dash.harvard.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dash: Harvard&#8217;s open repository<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/ocwfinder.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Open courseware search engine<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Publishing venues and open online journals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/jolt.merlot.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">JOLT:<\/a> Journal of Online Teaching and Learning<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncolr.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Virtual Center for Online Learning and Research<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jove.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">The Journal of Visualized Experiments<\/a> [JOVE] [medical and sciences oriented]<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.plos.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">PLOS<\/a> [Public Library of Science]. Submit research and it is peer reviewed.<\/li>\n<li> <a href=\"http:\/\/ijlm.net\/\" target=\"_blank\">IJLM<\/a> International Journal of Learning and Media. MIT<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vectorsjournal.org\" target=\"_blank\">Vectors<\/a> University of CA.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/chnm.gmu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Center for History and New Media<\/a>. It also has several projects, one of them is Project Zotera [to help save and organize your bibliography]. Another is providing digital tools for research, and a third for online curricula.
