Event cancelled: Policy Dialogue on Prevention and Response to Online Human Rights Violations Against Women

All UN parallel events have been cancelled on account of the covid19 outbreak.

At the invitation of the Center for Social Research, Marlyn Tadros, Executive Director of Virtual Activism and Associate Professor at SNHU, will be speaking at the Policy Dialogue on Prevention and Response to Online Human Rights Violations Against Women during the UN CSW64. As part of the review of the Beijing +25 action agenda, the panel will explore the benefits and challenges of protecting women’s human rights in the online environment and review specific policy developments and methods of coordination among governments, online service providers, and civil society in ensuring that online environments are accessible and safe places for women to participate.
